it will be more cooler if the user can easily manage(arrange) the icons/launcher/tools by himself.. Just my thought.. sorry 4 the bad english.

I vote NO on the Ribbon if it's the only option. That is the single WORST thing in Office 2007 and my productivity in Office has plummeted and has still not recovered in three years. Why hinder OOo too?

Can you give the stripe UI some color like blue for Writer, green for Calc and orange for Impress. I like the UI but can you make the button flat like Microsoft Office 2010 and not beveled cause is can help make the UI feel cleaner.
