  • @looker768 blance , the way he was spinning shows that there was no power in his lifted leg ,there is no way that can be an offensive movement but the possibility that it can be used is still there .

  • Yes, I think you'll find that Master Shao has an incredible knowledge of the practical applications of everything he does and teaches. Obviously the forms are slightly different from the practical application as they are changed for competition etc but his understanding of the fighting side of what he teaches as well as Sanda/SanShou is quite amazing.
