call of juarez looks better in directx 10 because the directx 10 patch comes with improved graphics.

Notice that the lighting is 10 times better in dx10. The grass in dx9 just pops out, and the dx10 grass just blends in. Also notice the improved sun efffects, and the better waterfall. And also the improved geometry (the fireplace).

lol directx 10 got updated with new textures, this is simply bullshit since the directx 9 version can also be modded to use them.
