I was just asking why is it that Obama cannot walk on water like Jesus. Only a miracle worker copuld clean up the mess left by Bush. Inquiring minds want to know. How much of that 1.3 billion was earmarked prior to Romney taking over? He wasn't in charge of the Olympics from day 1 and took over due to corruption and cost overruns so I have little doubt a big portion of that was incurred beforehand. Furthermore, what percentage of the 5 trillion in new deficits incurred so far under Obama's administration is 1.3 billion?
