Run DMC is my fav old hip-hop band....they were very creative...i think they may have been one of the first hip-hop to incorporate rock music..but i'm not sure----
i love Jam Master Jay, Hollis Crew, Sucker MC's, also love them with Kurtis Blow....8 million Stories...80's rule man....

Yeah, true. Back then rap was really frowned upon by the older generation. I used to catch crap from my parents for listening to "that rap garbage". I was listening to RUN DMC, Beastie Boys, and LL Cool J. LOL!!
