Ok. Im doing everything exactly what you are doing and Still nothing is happening. I even downloaded the 4.5 OS and used the real BB manager to restore its OS n stuff. Everytime I try it the 507 screen shows up and blacks out. Then after the Eraseing app and load system software options some up. an error pops up saying that It cant be update or installed... and the load bar Stops....i have a Curve 8330. What am i doing wrong? im a techie too FYI. this is confusing.... Please Help???

well i did all that but as its connecting to the device at the end it says it is "unable to connect to the device" and something about entering a password....any feedback would help

everytime i try to open up app loader wizerd it tells me to install bkacberry device manger? any suggestions on what i should do? blackberry device manager is all ready installed

hi mate when you unlock your blackberry did you put a password, if so you have to type that password when it asks you for it hope this helps
