This time I tied down the kit to a cement mixer and a 250lbs. wheel barrow and dropped a 300lbs tool box in the middle. I think this did the trick. I have more fun now...

If your looking to go into boxing you should take on a few boxing technique to be competitive
i) Keep your hands up, you have good power but are wide up to be hit

ii)Show some movement, footwork is the most important aspect of boxing

lmfao when i was 12 i got my first punchbag it was 110lb i still have it now 12 years later it cost a bomb it came out of the boxing mag mail order.what you have showed here is what most people have done in there life time with a punch bag as for the wrist thing i used to get that when i was young but thats gone now,im not impressed with this video its more funny you go for it for like half a round swinging like a lumberjack trying to chop a tree down.1+
