head is exposed, punches are coming from you waist or your stomach straight out. You are hitting the center of the bag, which means all your practicing are body shot. You punches should be coming from up top and going straight out at head level, also move your head man. I am 6 foot 175 and I could easily counter one of those sloppy punches with a kick to either side of your head. Refine your skills, don't worry about power, till you learn to strike. I am saying all of this with respect.
