when you touch it up as in roots.. do you re bleach the blue or just add the manic panic

well what i usally do is because i'm a natural blond i wait for the blue to come out because manic panic is only last for...about a month if you don't wash your hair much lol and then i bleach my roots...or my whole head then a white toner and then whatever other color i want on top.
