DSS&A RR: Duluth South Shore & Atlantic Railroad: Model Railroad Alco DSS&A model; Famous Railroad that served the south shore of Lake Superior known as the South Shore Line, The Alco RS1 or DSS&A D1 type diesel model was a test painting of an old model and my own decal making before I do it with a newer model as DSSA models are not available. The Soo Line and Wisconsin Central were merged into the DSS&A and together became the Soo Line.
That is a old AHM/Model Power RS3. Had many of them as a kid.

@CSXT700 Yes, I used it for practice painting for eventually getting an new expensive RS1 someday and paint it and use my own decals, unless they actually ever make DSS&A model

It may be as I am not even sure, it is only a test, on an old engine before I buy a new RS1

That RS1 was an old AHM model not working anymore, so I practiced the paint and decal making. I see that Athearn, Atlas and Walthers all have RS1 diesel modelsso I may buy a good running one and make it a DSS&A RR

@VilquinProductions I think this is a discontinued old AHM, and probably an RS3 anyway, I practiced painting it ti match photos I have seen and made my own decals for it before I will have to make a new expensive RS2 or 3 into DSSA enginebecause I don't think anyone makes DSS& models
