  • @sorvit9 On adhesives I use epoxy from Nyatex.com But other members of our forum use store bought epoxies (30 or more types) that are tough and waterproof. To date I have tested 50+ adhesives maybe even more that just do not work for soft vinyl figure heads. Nyatex works the best and it always works the same.

On our forum links page you can find a wealth of information to make your choice on adhesives, flock, and upgraded parts.

  • For a GIjOE head and most smaller flocking projects I've never had to go beyond 8kV- most times 5kV. My main unit is adjustable from 5kV to about 100kV, but truth be told it’s over kill really because I have and use a few others that range from 7.5kV to 15kV and they work the same.

  • thanks these is soo much fun. what glue can you used to make it hold good and to built these machine for G.I joe heads would 7.5kv negion generator be good?or higher thanks

  • You can do this too!!! Click our web-link and learn how!!!

  • Muted? it was just the radio playing in the background- no big deal- I didn't like giving out a free plug to a radio station anyway!
