Yes, you can download from google - torrents are available up there. Do you know what they are? It's a type of file that lets you download all sorts of different things. And usually, OSTs come in torrents rather than single download file because it's much more easier.

The whole OST of the movie has this song - so you could download the whole album if you wanted to.

Haven't seen the Honey & Clover movie, but I was googling after hearing "Deadly Work" from the Darker than Black OST & wanted to know who sang it... & my stalker-ish research led me here xD I really love James Wendt's voice!! Thanks so much for the upload. :3
