A hidden book in the garden...

A strange book written by none other than....Gilbert Stein. The title of his book is called 「肉体改造論」. Kevin and the others, however, did not reveal what Gilbert wrote in his book. Based on the character's reaction, the content of Gilbert's book was somewhat implied. I'll keep you guys guessing. Heh.

Anyway, Gilbert wrote a book about his fitness regimen. He was essentially a workout buff, which was implied by Olivier.
