The playback of high definition H.264 requires a fast CPU and at least 256MB of graphics memory

FAQ:
Do I need a HD TV / Component Cable Inputs?
Yes

Does this work on Windows 7?
Yes, as well as Vista and XP, Both on 32 and 64bit

Is there any lag from the HDPVR to the TV?
No

Will this work on a Mac?
Yes

Can I use my HDMI cable whilst using this?
No

My PS3 cable is Yellow / Red / White ?
That is a composite cable, purchase a component cable in the link above.

Why can't I select 1080p?
1080p cannot be transferred through a component cable

Is the quality the same through Component as it is through HDMI?
No, HDMI goes up to 1080p (True HD), Component goes up to 1080i (One stage lower), however most games only go up to 720p (Two stages lower than 1080p) so you do not see a decrease in quality

When I use the HDPVR the colours on my screen are wrong.
Try de-selecting 1080i on the settings.

Can I use this with Sony Vegas?
Yes, you can also input the M2TS file into vegas without converting the file.

When I try to use the HD PVR on Total Media Extreme I get, "This device is not available, or being used by another application, please close any applications that may be using the device and try again"
With the PVR still plugged into everything, turn it off and on by the plug socket and press refresh on Total Media Extreme.
