Coodabeen Champions - Came From Adelaide

A favourite pastime of mine in the late 80's was to get to the footy early to watch the Reserves play and switch on the radio to 3LO to listen to the banter of the Coodabeen Champions.
Through Greg Champion and others they reworked famous songs to a football theme and played a track each week.
This track comes from the 1987 audio tape "In The Superbox With The Coodabeen Champions".

South Australians are the only state that is derived from high english society, since settlement from the first fleet. They are still the only state that pride the nation with a cultivated upper class accent.(Documented) Football wise, they actually created the checkside, in 1897. Having played both VFL and SANFL, i would say SANFL is a much much stronger league.
