there are many ways to do side flips, I am going over three different ways that I know best. I apologise if any of the flips do not look the best they can, I make mistakes too. The reason I am makeing tutorials is to help me better understand myself as well as help others.

  • can you do a stepping side summy without an object like you do you do the steps but not stepping on an object but normal ground coz i saw a tutorial on it

  • @MyManchesterunited12 you most certainly can, you can do a side flip out of a round off, pushing off any object, back handspring, cartwheel, step, punch, jump, off your hips, from a bar swing, and off your hands. all that matters is that you get height first, then initiate the ankle drive the direction you want to go, and chase the ankle drive with a tight shape.

  • is this possible to do as a begginer and how high do you have to jump to achive it and land without faling flat on your face ?

  • @v2DaRkStOrm the time it takes depends entirely on you. If you know aeriel, webster, or any other one legg take off skills then it might take less time, I originally learned it by doing an aerial and then tucking it to the side. You can also do all the progressions I talked about in the tutorial without a mat, you just need a very trusting friend to roll over their back as they take your weight, I will make a "no mats" tutorial some day, until then good luck

  • TUTORIAL 10/10 than k you mate :)

  • @Urban1stChannel Thank you, I figure why not make a tutorial that actually explains and breaks down the move, the worst thing that could happen is someone might actually learn something from it. Thanks again. there will be more in the future on my Movement Connections channel.
