@aronmustang69 The lens is often more imprtant than the camera body.

@vitorcui We have a photography company and we are always wanting new equipment so we plan to sell our D70s to buy a D90. A D300s has also been rumored around for.

@moonwalker5058 Do what I do constantly, sell your gear, buy new gear.

@2pistolcorky ... Really? 300mm F2.8? That must have cost you a fortune and you only have the D300s? You could afford a D3 instead!

I never thought i would learn sooo much about canadian gooses in just 1:25, this camara is the sh/t!!
Nice clip.....did you use a tripod? I still have yet to try out the video mode on the D300s but been too busy using my film cameras.....

@KEBokeh Yes, camera and lens was mounted on a tripod. I don't think it would be possible to handhold 300mm 2.8 with teleconvertor even if it was equiped with VR and shoot video clips.

Did you shoot this in an auto-exposure mode? It seems like the exposure is hunting around a little as other geese move in and out of the frame in the background. Beautiful clip, though!

I'm not 100% sure but I believe this clip was taken in manual exposure mode.
