Very good, very tender.
1 beef roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup-can of water
Place beef roast in a roaster, dutch oven or casserole dish. Sprinkle a package of dry onion soup mix over meat. Add soup mixture. Cover and back at 325 until tender (about 45 minutes per pound). Serve with the gravy that has formed.

Looks good! Too lazy, too easy. I like. Needs garlic and bacon. Then I like even better.
The total sodium only counts if you eat the whole thing yourself in one sitting. And even then, you can dilute the sodium by drinking a few beers with it.

My mom taught me a trick years ago...if a dish is too salty, add a potato to the dish to absorb the salt. You don't eat the potato but it works.
