Product Review Lenmar iBatteryCase BC4 for iPhone4 & 4S - Dec 2, 2011

The auxiliary battery case is attractive, functional and extends the iPhone battery life by 50% or more, but it steals 1-2 bars of cell service signal in the meantime. Probably the case itself shields the cell signal. Out in the country where we live, cell service is more spotty & we need all the bars we can get. I found that with the case attached, many calls were dropped in areas where my iPhone4S usually works fine (without the battery case). My recommendation is to only buy & use it if you live in an urban area with strong cell service, otherwise you'll end up very unhappy. I personally used this for 2 weeks & became very annoyed with calls dropping unexpectedly, multiple times.

@InspectorSnatch .... thanks ... what's cool about the ADT setup we have here is you can go on your iPhone, iPad or laptop anywhere in the world & view the remote house cameras as well as arm/disarm the alarm system & turn lights or anything else on/off, LOL
