@MrMustang13 Also the torture didn't end at water-boarding. The detainees were beaten senseless, repeatedly kicked in the head, sexually assaulted (soldiers put fingers up their anus), threatened with rape, often times forced to stay in extremely small solid cells for days, force fed by shoving tubes up their nose, denied basic human rights. Even when the whole world knows this was wrong, Bush admitted it was wrong, why do some thickheaded individuals like you try to justify such actions.

many of the prisoners were innocent individuals who were handed to the US army by local Afghans (who most of the time surrendered innocent people in order to receive a huge sum of money or just because they disliked them much like the salem witch trials) others were handed in by the greedy Pakistani Intelligence who would grab random Arabs and Afghans they spotted in pakistan and give them to the US for thousands of dollars in return.

Stop this happening to a UK citizen. Babar Ahamd is the longest detained without trial British citizen, now in his eighth year behind bars fighting against extradition to the US.
