At BU, "Dorms" don't have kitchens, but "on-campus apartments" all do. In StuVi1 (this video), all units are apartments and therefore have kitchens. StuVi2 has a mix of both dorms and apartments.

This particular apartment is for juniors and seniors. The building next door, which opened this year and is perhaps even nicer, is open to sophomores as well.
