Weather really has no affect on tv ratings. People are watching it at home. The reason it had the lowest ratings in a very long time is like I said, there wasn't the yankees or red sox in the world series. People pick one and become front runners all around the us. Tampa doesn't have many fans even at home, their attendance reflects that. That's why is was low rated. Good thought, try again.
