Nice to see you actually know what you are talking about. So many follow through with the curls etc when you should keep it under constant strain to get that burn. Power lifting was my thing a while back until a disc decided to play naughty games in my back after a idiot rammed me while cycling down a country lane. Many a bodybuilder of the femme variety look grotty dear but you have the muscular frame and still keep your femme charm and a nice sense of humour and infectious smile.

you hot nice work
one of my professions is wrestling. I no longer do competitive matches, so I would not call those fighting. As I did competitive sessions, I remember one blue belt judoka man in Zurich who was littlebit larger than I am. But could to get any hold of me for the hour we had the match for.Plus ALOT similar events´over the years of competitive wrestling. So that may tell you something of my fighting abilities :)

also feel free to look at my tricep pushdown.. Id call it pretty STEADY form.. with ENTIRE stack of weight.. or my singlearm row.. 50kilos perfect form as it is LIGHT for me.. so all you form whiners go wank yourselff to the gym and never get strong.

if you think you can keep your back totally steady when you do HEAVY sets, then you have never worked out hard just like the whimps I usually see at the gym, never gainin any strenght. The light sets are done with "better" form. And as you see I controll it on the way down PERFECTLY,the negative part oh well, Ive done this for over 20yrs now.also I have coatched some of the best strong woman competitors in the WORLD so you weaklings stop whining.look at Ronnie COLEMAN how he trains forexample
