Now we could do like the Japanese and wear face mask all day everywhere we go but than you will need to take it off when you need to eat. Taking a bunch of prevent medications may briefly boast your immune system but once you leave the stuff alone you will than be a perfect target for any airborne disease.

absolutely wrong about airborne virus. Money, keyboards, atms, public transit, any surface will hold and literally store airborne virus'. Also, you don't have to have a weak immune system to get an airborne virus.
Swine flu is infecting healthy people in the prime of their lives between 20 and 40.

You can still build up your immune system to prevent catching any illness simply. Most people that catch an airborne virus catch it because their immune system has been compromised in some shape or form.
The best prevention is still a good defense.
