nice work with this animation but i see one mistake!
The timing of the injektion is about BDC of the Piston. I have never seen that bevor.
usually is the injektion timing when the piston reach the TDC or little bit after leaving the TDC.The best is when the Intake valve opens and then is the injektion timing.

Not sure what engines your talking about but i used to be a deutz, perkins and cummins diesel engine tech. I used to service deutz fl4912 engines on a regular basis all of them lived long lives, and most worked hard as hell for 10 years + ive never seen better engines.

The DEUTZ engines are the worst in the world. Mechanical Problems, Engenheering problems, the company works very badly in the costumer services, they don't answer emails and they are waiting to end of the guarantee to be able to get by with the problem.
Do not buy DEUTZ engines run from problems and avoid paying for expensive engines.
If you need a Generator buy a low cost one... you will see it's better.
