I dont agree with "paulaitchison" I think she did rather well considering the book was terrible to begin with. It was boring...top 10 according to who? The only people who vote on those kind of things are stiff anyway...

This comment has received too many negative votes show
I am delighted to learn that the American Dream is still available to english-speaking, middle-class, COLLEGE EDUCATED WHITE boys who go slumming. This boy is sick, stupid and lacking emotional and economic depth. How many women worked at those construction and furniture-moving jobs? When you hurt your back on those jobs, that $5K you saved the first year is wiped-out. While your back is mending, you will not be paid, and medical bills will pile up since those jobs don't offer health insurance.

this woman reviewing 'kite runner'is just AWFUL. Bumbling on nervously as she simply lists the plot in painful tedium. One could forgive here nervous demeanor if she at least communicated something about the book, the style,structure,form,feel- there is so much one could say of this novel -- but that was merely a recall that would ruin the plot for readers
The host clearly tryed to dig out some opinion from her but only got his own suggestion repeated back-get new reviewer?
sorry if harsh
