Two Black Panthers with Night Sticks blocked the doors and threatened White Voters at a Poll in Philly

One is actually a FOKEN POLL WATCHER and could not be removed

Both were dressed in Black Panther Garb and one remains at the polling place.

They made Racist Statements Towards Voters to Scare them
No one is hurt

The rest of Pennsylvania has elected State Constables who are not in uniform standing at the polls to make sure this doesn't happen. Philly, however, has changed that part of the state constitution. Thus, proper enforcement falls upon the county Sheriff or the local police. The Judge of Elections should have reported this the minute these men showed up. No one is to be intimidated at the polls; not even by the way the workers dress.

How would blacks feel if that was a group of KKK members blocking the polling station and just intimidating black voters in general.
