mr r is better. I dont care what dittos say even that counts as crap. Based on how mr r moves and attacks with extreme recoveries and unbelievable ploatform cancels, mr. r is superior. He was cripple from the color, because really? mikehaze just went dbag and took mr rs color. Color is a legit mental hazard in gameplay, so f*** you haze. europe and japan are better.
