Let me tell you guys somethin' the best way to work your forearms is to get a ring shaped weight.. tie it to a rope with a small metal bar at the end.. put your hands out in a 90 degree angle from your feet. and start twisting the metal bar until the weight comes to the top and then do it again backwards. Without moving your hands or lowering them. Just movement from the wrist.

@Cesc4Legend - work bi's and forearms then a couple days later work either back and forearms or tri's and forearms, learn from my experience wrist curls are just for warm up, get them pumped up full of blood then do farmers walks heavy as you can go 100 pound dumbells, watch tv to take your mind off it for 5-10 minutes.

Thank you! I am 16, and apparently I don't masturbate enough, because I have 15 inch upper arms, and tiny ass forearms. So, off to masturbate, and do these workouts.
