  • brandon why do u do sets of 8? and also at the machine incline press why did u put failure? nice work tho

  • @samanferrari Cuz 8 is the magic number for strength heavy sets. And to failure means till you cant do another rep.

  • @CutlassSupremeSL

Not to be like a dick but 3-5 reps is optimal for strength, as it trains your CNS which is vital for heavy lifting. 8 is far too much for a strength set.

  • @see17 So yoir suggesting to up my weight to the point of only being able to rep it that many times?

  • you take any supplements?

  • @VenumosFate Nope but I use to

  • ok dude first of all you only weigh 160? damn you can lift a shit load for that size, nice job and good effort. I'm starting to like you, no homo!

  • voce ta tomando bomba!!!!!rsrsrsrsrs kkkkkk

  • Terrible form on the raises

  • damnn tank!

  • quiet gym brah... depressing

  • good video! i'm a certified personal trainer and gym instructor, you have a good pysique and im sure it would be better if you watched your form/technique on the lateral raises and you would hit the lateral head more evenly for example: forearm in line with shoulder and don't leave the hands go higher than your elbows, just a tip to help you out! peace!!

  • @CutlassSupremeSL what supplements you used to take?

  • pretty beastlike for a fragrance reviewer lol naa im into the same things you are

  • @PianoMan1532

I suppose some people find results on any rep scheme, but your CNS is working in overdrive when doing sets of 3-5. Muscular hypertrophy is only a part of the equation when it comes to lifting heavy- if your CNS has adapted to lifting as heavy as possible frequently the results are staggering.

  • @see17 I think 6-8 is perfectly fine. I do 8 reps personally. I think anymore than that and your tapping into slow twitch muscle fibers. 6-8 is still low enough to work though. Lower reps could also work, but is more accident prone and could be detrimental to form.
