I remeber my frist tour in afganstan. I was a corporal at the time.
We were clearing out a hut that intel had said contained a collection of ieds
I fucked up, after kicking in the door, I rushed in and did't check my corners, a taliban took a shot at me but my sarge pushed me out the way and took the shot right in the chest. No 2nd thoughts just pure demenation. He saved my ass.
He was a great leader, and a terrfic ladies man. But most inportantly he was a friend. RIP Taylor
