  • i'm really glad that you're putting this information out there. i'd also like to add another element to the list: sunshine. most americans are vitamin D deficient. vitamin d aids in protecting the body from disease. sunshine is also important for controlling moods. combined with a whole foods diet and moderate exercise, it's the key to overall health. cheers to you.
