Time lost is very minimal and reduced by capacitors.. power savings are big.

Although these are great ideas or philosophy as he calls it, will the fact that these processor have to be turned on every time its needed delay the immediate launch of the program? Because if they are all on, yes it consumes energy, but when u launch the program it automatically opens. the processor doesnt have to be turned on, it already is on....

there not, allow me too explain. the first one is;

If u are not in need of other processors they will not be on consuming power, the second is, if u do need another processor there has to be a reason and that reason will be which processor will be activated. not all 8 processors are the same. Some are for video others for online data etc. so instead of u using a video processor that consumes a lot of energy to read text, a lower consumption processor will be activated so that u can access data
