Yea, you're right.

But most stands would be.

Like Cheap Trick. He can't be defeated, Rohan only defeated him by using a cheap trick.

But Cheap Trick would be a horrible fighting character, seeing as he can't do anything but talk and hold on to his enemies back.

@DrunkenCoward1 Well, sounds like they balanced it mechanics wise for gameplay purpose. But if it worked like in the original work (manga/anime) then it'll be OP. ;)

No, it's actually very weak in the game.

You can't do that much damage with it (well, alot if you have 10 super bars but that's hard to get) and it runs out extremly fast.

It's also hard to pull of, because it takes a long time to actually start the time stop.

Stopping time is pretty much OP game breaker.
