Rack up 4+ bowls with a decent hit in each
Clear your bowl and hold it, while holding swap the bowl for the next one, exhale, repeat
If you choke, can't continue or take a breath between hits it's instant DQ

I get 80% of my high off the first hit, so doing what you did I'd only be 25% higher than if I took 1 hit. I don't understand why people take more than 2 or 3 hits; it's a waste.
