I used this basic recipe for a chili cookoff at my church and won for best wild game. Excellent flavor, just enough heat- really, really good chili! Thanks for posting.

@BarbequeWeb: Thanks for the video i can get all off the stuff overhere in Holland except for the cheese. Is there any alturnative or can i leave it out? It made me hungry aswell.

@pils64 ....traditional chili is topped with shredded cheese but it is not necessary. But you can shred up some of YOUR fav cheese if you'd like...!
