Q5 still remains a great led

Getting caught up in the absolute most modern emitters is always kind of dumb. My Q5 in my 1st edition Fenix LD20 is already "outdated" lol... And it puts out 180 lumens for 2+ hours on 2aa batts. The new xm-l led's are pretty amazing, but not worth getting rid of lights just a few years old.

can this be put into a AP PRO series (120 lumens) model

@ZS6JMP I agree. I'm still using Q5 in my daily flashlight. I like R5 since it's much brighter, but actually it's too bright for mount on a bike or walking with lol (seems more powerful than my car HID)...

the T6 led has the efficiency of 100 lumen's per watt, and brighter than p7. the p7 is 900 lumen's the t6 led is 1000!

@hugo2x Yes, I got both on several models and the XM-L T6 is a beast! But... in small pocket models R5 is better and is more thrower, illuminate longer.
Whats up with all the chemistry on that whiteboard :D ?

@exnol Costco now has the Cree XPG LED 3 pack for 16.00 for three lights on sale. Great little cheap lights! They are techlight rated at 200 lumens
