oh and another thing, sometimes i think i shouldnt see a psychologist maybe i should just do it , do what i want, but then i think i am 26 years old and it hasnt worked so far ... maybe i do need help. What do you think?

i am having a lot of issues especially with reaching my goals and thinking about future consequences and also i lack discipline, and i am growing bitter and when i get emotional i self sabotage
Can a psychologist help? is there anything i could do instead of seeing a psych about my problems? any books you recommend? thanks Dr.

People get depressed once they realize they're wasting their lives away at the office. It's as simple as that.

"Optimal performance", yes, that's what we want from humans: plug them in like good little human resources and watch them immediately reach optimal performance. Of course, you wouldn't need such constant performance and efficiency if upper management weren't pissing away money and resources on projects that benefit no one but themselves and their performance objectives.
Get rid of all the pointless tiers of management and give those resources to the people who make the products.
