@ATgruppe80 it causes equal strain on each person because the tension to speed ratio is the same for everyone
you using your own muscle against itself you gain muscle far more quickly becuase it allows you to put the same strength no matter the amount of muscle you have
so yes it is quite difficult as long as you try
