It is not suppose to. The purpose or end result is achieving deliberate death.
In a few cases some abortion procedures were left unattended & fetus lived. Some thrown in garbage left to die were rescued by samaritan God-fearing nurses.
Obama supports Planned Parenthood, who alone aborted 13 million+ black babies.
Obama, like the left, are aborting their party. The sudden decrease means “illegal” immigrants are enticing enough to register them as Democrats

Lets remember that if Obama gets into the White House, all manner of abortion will not only be legal but will be funded by the State - including late term, partial birth slaughter of viable babies. The born alive infant protection act will be squelched and millions of babies will be thrown in dirty laundry rooms to die.
