Okay if your getting molds for the first time don't be scared. I got mine today and when ever things go back far in my mouth I almost vomit but I didn't with these and you don't taste tge clay. It actually feels cool:)

the mold started running to the back of my throat and i accidently almost swallowed some!

I'm getting braces and I'm really scared about getting the molds cuz i gag VERY easily and I hate it when they put stuff in my mouth that just bugs me. My dentist is sorta mean so I'm really not looking forward to getting this done.

The top mold of my mouth was just fine... then the bottom goo was COLD! I guess she stirred it in ice water?! And she pressed really hard. I was about to cry; my teeth are really sensitive to cold. I almost threw up 'cause the mouth guard was in the back of my throat. I was gagging the whole time. Blech. :[

oh lordy! I haven't had to get THAT many done! But I feel that the more you do them, the easier they are and you don't have to repeat the whole process. and thanks! only 5 1/2 weeks left!
