I had to laugh when I saw this. Paul Osborne's reaction is great. Western Sydney is true Rugby League heartland.

  • Shit game. We DON'T want you here. Get back to victoria.

    World famous in Victoria. LOL

  • @aussie827

    1. AFL is the sport of choice in VIC, SA, WA, TAS and NT (thats why there are two AFL teams in SA and WA and no NRL teams. also NT doesnt have an AFL team, hawks are sponsored by TAZ and Brisbane lions have 29,014 members this year Broncos have 11,983.

    2. crowds in 2009 AFL averaging 36,225 compared to the NRL's 16,065

    3. TV audience AFL in 2009 was 2,956,000 per week, NRL's was 1,548,000. (that's why AFL's TV deal is worth 50 million more per year than the NRL)

  • @aussie827 Um AFL is popular in 4 States & the Northern Territory, & Rugby League is only popular in 2. And the NRL has only teams in 3 States, while the AFL has teams all around the county. Either stop living in denial or get your facts right. National competition my Ass.

  • That Paul Osbourne is arrogant. What's with the arrogant walk.

  • @0bren0 Rugby League copied State of Origin form Australian Football. Football played State of Origin for nearly 125 years. The AFL started playing it the mid 1870's.

  • rugby = too many stoppages, too slow, boring, and low scoring...A.F.L is boss fast paced high scoring amazing highlights of spectacular goals and marks, harder hits, less bogans MORE FANS, worth more money, higher crowed and tv attandance..., (oohhh but A.F.L isnt international and rugby is!) lol A.F.L is international, America, canada, Japan, China, England, and many more face it....theres a reason Rugby is the sport of choice in just one state of Australia...

  • THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT WATCH AFL IN MY STATE ARE VICTORIANS WHO MOVED HERE! lol, FUCKING MEXICAN BORDER JUMPERS!

  • 05 grand final there was a goal in it 06 grand final 1 point 09 grand final 3 goals 2010 DRAW 2011 32 points

  • @FreezeRunner23 mmmm state of origin is the most exciting and most watched competition in australia, true that queensland won this year but it was a very exciting series. in game 1 queensland came from behind to win, in game 2 nsw came from behind to win, and in game 3 nsw came back after being 24-0 down to come close but queensland held on. Much better than the 100+ blowouts u see in the AFL every week.

  • thats hell funny better product? hahaha the newest A.F.L team witch is in queensland btw has better avarage attendance then the best team in the nrl HAHAHAHA rugby = little skill oh and the state of origin is always a low scoring boring game with one team that completely dominates
