Skyrim - where to sell (4k gold vendors) without speechcraft

The best merchants in the game without putting any perks in speechcraft. Also the Kahjit caravan will have 4k gold.

I am the thieves guild master and windhelm lady does not have 4k gold still only 750

@Bugkill9 You most likely only have returned norcturnals key. This does not make you the guildmaster. See the description section for a thieves guild walkthrough. Look for the quest under new management.

@hausmeister321 No I have returned the guild to power and have been given the guild masters armor and key, got the new recruits and the 4 new sellers in the ratway. The fence that is in the bar has 4k but for some reason the lady in windhelm still only has 750. Has anyone else had this glitch and know a fix for it?

@Bugkill9 When you are playing on PS3 this is a known glitch. Sorry no fix. If you are on the PC these 4000 gold vendors glitch because of the unofficial skyrim patch (if installed). Other than that i could find nothing sorry.

you said you had no points in speech but you were fully levelled up thats why thy all had 4000 gold

@travisdawson123 No. How high your level in speechcraft is does not influence how much money a shopkeeper has.

for me the one in markath doesn't appear and the one in windhelm has only 700 gold...

YOU ALL NEED TO HAVE COMPLETED THE JOBS IN THE THIEVES GUILD , 5 JOBS PER CITY!, then you get a special quest in that town to restore the honor, AFTER THAT you get the fence with 4000GOLD!

you can also skip 48 hours.

@source144 Please read the description or the comments. If the vendors do NOT have 4k gold you are not the guildmaster. Because its not a straight questline a lot of people seem to miss it. Have a look at the description link and look for the quest under new management.
