The video about the Philippines really saddened me. Being a Filipino living overseas, it's heart wrenching. Ironically, it made me realize how blessed I am. I have been whining about my studies lately as if it's worst thing that could ever happen.
I guess I need to learn to look beyond my situation... Afterall, I am blessed, so I should be a channel of blessing myself.

It was actually very inspiring to see how Filipinos helped each other during the trouble. I think there is a lot to be proud of. Every country has these troubles. Filipinos are buoyant.

Thanks to the Garcia family for their photos of the destruction of Typhoon Ondoy. The rest of the clips were ours but we had no footage of Ondoy. Thanks again for sharing! CQ
