Ingredients for Hamburg Steak
(serves 2)

- Fried Onion -
1 Onion (200g/7.05 oz) - 2/3 for hamburg meat mixture, 1/3 for onion sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil

150g Broccoli (5.29 oz)
1 Steamed Potato (160g/5.64 oz)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 Tomato

250g Mixture of Ground Beef and Pork (8.82 oz) - beef : pork=7 : 3
1/3 tsp Salt
A pinch of Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 Fried Onion

15g Panko - Breadcrumbs (0.53 oz)
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg

- Onion Gravy -
1/3 Fried Onion
50ml Water (1.69 fl. oz)
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 clove of Grated Garlic
10g Butter (0.353 oz)

Grated Daikon Radish
Shiso Leaves
Ponzu - Japanese Citrus-Based Sauce

** Removing the air from the meat mixture will prevent it from breaking into pieces while being cooked.

  • @NeenaBreena I crack eggs in a different bowl to prevent getting egg shells into whatever I'm cooking. If there are shells, it's easier to get them out of the bowl with just egg than the entire mixture you've made. It wouldn't be nice to bite into a hard eggshell would it? c:
