About the Video
Basic Epidemiology of the disease: According to Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the incidence of Diabetes has tripled in the last thirty years. The Surgeon General says that 63% of all Americans are overweight and Obesity is responsible for 300,000 deaths/ year.
Target Audience: Low Income Families that do not have access to work out facilities as well as a whole lot of time.
Main Message: This video can be used by people around the world to achieve better health by seeing the benefits of doing simple physical exercise.
Recommendation: Physical activity leads to decreased incidence of obesity, which indirectly leads to a decreased occurrence of diabetes.

i'm sedentary but i don't have problem with my health also i eat a lot (the same a person trains with weights do), but i'm 59 kgs and 160 cm tall, i am 21 per cent fat and 46 per cent lean mass (of which another 47 is water weight), i'm a female by the way. cud this be genetics then?
