if you have fat on your legs than the squats will tighter them up and make them leaner
women dont build muscles easily hence very little testosterone compared to men
muscle takes up less space than fat so it is more dense and therefore takes up less space which equals a smaller jean size

no it will tighten the thights and make they firm 20 reps with a heavy weight to exhaust @ 20 reps
thicker - you would have to eat double the calories or junk food

First of all, from what I've heard, you can't just target one area for fat loss. Secondly, what your exercise does is that they build more muscle on the thighs, so they would actually make your thighs thicker... My thighs are quite thick mostly ripped with muscle, but it's not cool...
