http://twitter.com/randyr - Got our new Washer and Dryer! They are a Steam Washer and a Steam Dryer by Whirlpool. The work so well and are very quite. You can barely even hear the dryer it's so quiet.

AND WHEN YOUR CONTROL PANEL GOES AND IT WILL IT WILL COST YOU ABOUT 300 400 TO REPLACE GOOD LUCK WITH THESE YOU WILL BE NEEDING IT!!!!!!!!!!THEY LOOK PRETTY BUT THEY JUST DON' T CUT IT!!!!!!!!! @penhouse861 ALL CAPS? Wow, learn how to type properly before you start commenting on people's videos! I don't own these anymore, I just left the video up. I haven't used mine in a few years, as I am now divorced from the owner of these machines. When I used them though, they were great. I don't know how you could "know that I'm having a problem with these," unless you were in my home at the time. So, don't assume.

This Duet is a Joke, it's only good for a couple of years until the warranty run out. That when you start having problems, I get the F35 and the Sud error then it shut down! I feel so ripped off after paying the price of this top of line Duet combo. Once the warranty is out you don't have a friend at Whirlpool, it's yours now!

Kool dryer and washer but how can the dryer use steam

I didn't buy the Whirlpool Duet. I got the LG direct drive, true steam WM2501HVA (washer) - DLEX2501V (dryer) and really love them (I've had them for 9 months).

first of all I didn't say that you had any type of problem with them so get your facts straight. These machines are nothing but junk and very expensive when something does break on them!!!

The cleaning is poor and sometimes my dryer the same one you had would shut the clothes off and they would come out damp!!
