Because the Tea Party is well behaved, they don't set up tent villages, they don't hassle passerby, they don't urinate or deficate publicly, they don't resist or need arresting, they don't leave garbage behind when they finish, they are non violent towards others and their own members, they leave when their time is up, and they don't create a ruckus.
Everyone has rights to a protest or movement. But not if that movement has them committing crimes and acts of indecency

Anybody else a bit horrified that the tea partiers are seen as True Patriots, Heroes, whatever you want to call it, but its entirely okay to cheer a cop for macing an 87 year old Occupier in the face? Why is it that Right Wing protesters, who are just as weird as Left Wing protesters get an okay, but Left Wingers are subject to police brutality and being dismissed with obscenity and condescension? The constitution doesn't say only some people have rights, it says ALL of them have these rights.
