The original video description reads: At the IAEA headquarters in Vienna on 15 March 2011 at 14.00 UTC, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano briefed both the Member States and the media on the status of nuclear safety at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. [Excerpt End]

This video shows how badly International Atomic Energy Agency and other leaders need to be more mindful of their speech by removing um's, uh's and other speech imperfections that have nothing to do with the delivery of the message. Of course, this is being harsh and unrealistic under nervous circumstances, but this video is a lesson in Speech communications. Most people do this without self-awareness so hopefully this video helps those of us who can benefit from it.
