homemade weed eater(string trimmer)boat motor/ troll motor on my raft

homelite weed eater. upgraded to bigger cylinder an piston, and better carb. was 26cc (.8 HP) , now its 31cc and has about 1.5HP. HEY THATS GOOD FOR THIS TINY ENGINE ;D! besides thats all i need for HP. pvc pipe for the tail pipe to direct exhaust into the water. wood dowl for the steering grip, and a bike brake handle for the throttle. runs great! only thing i need to get is the prop. found one online for $20 and i can get one at BassPro, prop requirements are: counter-clockwise that fits a 3/8'' shaft. found it, now i need to buy it and youll see me cruising down the river going 5 mph :D lolz

If you run the exhaust into the water. #1 i think thats illegal. #2 If im not mistaken it will suck water into the cylinder too?
